Extra-ordinary Service

Visiting a large client site this morning, I tried in vain to find a cup of coffee (one of those days!). Both of the dining facilities were closed. As I began to walk away from the main cafeteria, the executive chef approached me and asked if she could help. I stated my quest, she unlocked the door, found a take-away cup and said the coffee was on the house. I made certain that I repeated this story to the president of the organization when we met. That was truly a moment of extra-ordinary service!
